As a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a degree in Economics, Chris has a clear understanding of finance. No one client is more important, from the first time buyer to the sophisticated investor. His first year in real estate, earned him the Downey Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" Award. Eight years later, now Owner/Broker of this office and with the same dedication to his business he was awarded the Downey Board of Realtor's "Broker of the Year". He is presently serving as President of the Downey Association of Realtors and State Director for the California Association of Realtos.
